Ameren review: Bright shining light

Featured review

Pole # Z123404 in Park Hills Missouri blinds me at night in my back yard. We have a pool.
The spot light needs to be pointed down towards the ground to prevent it from blinding me in the backyard. Ameren has been here several times and points it left or right which is not solving the problem. It must be pointed down. I don’t know why he can’t understand that! Please point the light down or remove it. I’ve been dealing with this since installed and my patience is running out.

Desired outcome: Point the light down or remove
