A&M Moving Services, Inc. review: Would like my $300 back for "steps," but company refuses to acknowledge multiple requests for same. 1

Save yourself money and aggravation and do not use this moving company based in Texas. They were foisted on me by a broker with a corporate relationship with them and I had no choice but to use them. They practice bait and switch, quoting you one price and then charging more at time of loading. They require cash only transactions, even in the thousands of dollars (very shady) and charge you extra money for "steps." Steps are not the amount of stairs at your destination, but the number of steps from the van into your home or office. Beware!
