AM Home Delivery & Trucking, Inc. review: I want a sincere apology for the deplorable service AND a full refund of the installation charges I paid to AJ Madison for appliance installation.

On 1/29/22 I purchased 3 appliancesfrom AJMadison in New York to be delivered and installed in California. AJ Madison promptly shipped the itms to a consolidation in New Jersey. I was advised it would take two weeks for the shipment to arrive at the delivery terminal in Stockton, California. It took another 2 weeks, multiple phone calls and emails to get the appliances delivered. AM Trucking was not honest or transparent about scheduling the delivery. They finally showed up on 3/17/22. The delivery people got the appliances to the kitchen, but did not install. They claimed the installation was not requested or paid for, then extorted $150 cash from the realtor who accepted the delivery, and after that thay still did not install. They said they could not install the microvwave because it required drilling through tile, the diswasher installation could not be accomplished because a part was missing, and the space was too small for the refrigerator. The was no special requirement stated up front about drilling through tile; I ordered the full installation parts kit for the diswasher; measurements provided online for fridge indicated it would fit in existing space. I contacted AM Trucking to no avail. They seem to think they provided all services I paid for and flatly denied the extortion.

I had to hire a plumber and contactor post delivery to get the appliances installed.
