Alumni Ventures Group think twice

Why can't the world's most active venture firm hire a web designer that will fix mistakes on the website that actually represents the company?
It's not a secret that people running venture firms are not poor and I doubt they would allow to use a bad quality photo of them just because they have much better once.
Kara gruver is one of the founders, one of the main people in the company. Why is the photo of her so terrible?
And what will you say if you see a photo of mister chris fahey whose photo leaves much to be desired and looks like he has nothing better than what's on the website? Not saying that all the photos don't match to each other stylistically.
Like I always say the devil is usually in the details.
Yes, conceivably this company is not a scam, but if they came down to the point of photos attaching in such a ridiculous way, think what they may do with your money.
