I've sent a reply to a message Chloe posted saying that I wasn't going to get a refund. As your records show, I did add incompetent company insurance to my reservation.
This is not important to the question as I don't plan to use the ticket. With or without I.C.I., the purchase, in the American mind, hasn't resulted in a good or service being used. It is only a lucky coincidence that I have. Chole has now sent me a message denying that an I.C.I policy in in force.
I don't really care if A.A. wants me spending money to have them cancel a trip. This to my mind, and in light of the I.C.I policy being fraudulently misrepresented, an act of theft by fraud across State lines.
I expect a refund, of Refund form, to be posted immediately. I will be calling on Monday with the expectation of no longer having a busy tone on the phone.
