I took my tablet in for a simple battery replacement and to reglue my screen back on 8/6/23. Long story short when I got back the one side of my screen had this discolor indicating they messed something up. Took in and got a call that I was going to get a brand new replacement and same make and model. Instead they gave me a used one which the screen had scratches and a crack on it. Top that there was dents proving I was lied to. They go and fix screen on my actual tablet and I had to take on 11/22/23 after waiting months for my tablet and going back and forth to repair whatever it is they are not fixing right. Got it back on 12/16/23 and today 1/1/24 the screen has gone black again. This is the 2nd time I'm going back in for a black screen. all the dates of back and forth are. 8/6, 8/29, 9/7, 9/22, 10/5, dnt have receipt for other day on Oct. Then 11/22, 12/16. Tomorrow I'll have a new receipt
Claimed loss: My tablet cost $725.00. How would u feel losing months from everyday using. And simple fix to destroying my tablet.
Desired outcome: I either want an actual new replacement or what I paid for it to go get a new one myself.
