ALM Kia South review: Car repairs

My car has been in the ALM Kia Service Dept. since June 29, 2022. I was quoted a price for repairs and my insurance company approved said repairs. However, I was then informed that there was an electrical issue that they could not seem to resolve. I approved an additional diagnostic check for $450. That did not help them "figure out" the problem. I spoke with the Service Manager who was not aware of any delay in my vehicle repairs, and he assured me that he would "look into it and follow up with me." To my surprise, when I called to ask for an update, I learned that he had been terminated. I went to the dealership because they don't answer the phone, or you are either disconnected if they transfer your call or they simply hang up on you. The last time I went in to ask questions, I talked to "Red" whose official name is Adrienne and Rebekah because my Advisor - Paris Angel, was gone for the day. They assured me that a tech with more experience with electrical issue would try to resolve the issue. I received a call from 19-year-old Paris (Red told me her age) inquiring about whether something was going on with the car prior to my accident to which I responded, "No." Today, August 29, 2022, two months since they have had my vehicle Paris called me to discuss approval for an additional 19 hours equaling $2,850 but no promise of my vehicle being repaired. I told her that I would reach out to my insurance adjuster regarding the matter. At this point, I am being gouged for a potential diagnosis but no confirmed resolution.
