ALM Hyundai Macon, Georgia review: Frequently non-responsive and not completely honest.

I would like to speak with a Customer Service Representative about several complaints that I have regarding the ALM Dealership in Macon, Georgia. I recently (April of 2026) purchased a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid SUV which has had problems with the paintwork on the rear bumper coming off. At first, I was told it wasn't their problem even though it is covered under the Hyundai New Car Warranty. Subsequently they agreed that it was, but it took weeks for me to schedule an appointment to try and get it resolved. During that time, they were extremely slow and inconsistent in communicating with me. Eventually it was worked in only because I contacted Hyundai USA and complained. Afterwards the paint started coming off again 2 days later. Again, I have been stalled getting a follow-up appointment to try and get it resolved for a second time. And, as with the first incident, they have been mostly responsive to getting it back and being worked on. Oftentimes when I contact the dealership, I can't reach management and with respect to the Dealership Manager, he never answers his phone, and I am never able to leave a voice mail. His message box is Always filled up. It has become so ridiculous that (like today) he declined taking my phone call and when I told the receptionist that I wanted to talk directly with him, the phone line was disconnected, and no one would answer my repeated attempts to reach him. Their service is the Worst I have ever experienced, ever. This particular dealership under its current Dealership Manager is awful.
