Alltrade Tools

I had this "pro model" grease gun from Alltrade Tools, LLC that broke (the air purge button just popped out). I called their office in Cypress, CA to get a replacement since it seemed like a manufacturing problem, not something I did wrong. But oh boy, what a hassle! I spent the whole day going back and forth with them, and still no solution. And get this, the product supposedly has a lifetime warranty, but it's all just empty words. They don't really care about this imported product, they even admitted that they don't sell many of these and don't offer any parts support.

Vaughan gave their name to All Trade Tools. I bought a wrecking bar from Tractor Supply, with Vaughan labels, only to discover that it's a lousy piece of junk made by All Trade in India. The first time I used it, the tip broke off, as you can see in the pictures below. It's clear that the bar was never heat treated and is just cast iron, which you can tell by its light grey color. Their customer service is also terrible and suspicious. They tried to suggest that I'm a commercial user based on their database, which is ridiculous because I live in a residential area. This company is just a lousy junk manufacturer that relies on the good reputation of other businesses. Vaughan made a bad decision by allowing their labels on this junk.
