When I called alltech company on jan 23, I told diana that I needed my oven repaired. I told her that I had american home shield and I gave her my contract #. I told her that I wanted to set up a service work order. She said I need to ask you questions. I repeated that I just wanted to set up a service work order to have my oven repaired. Diana says to me you have american home shield, you are rude and she hung up the phone on me. This is outrageous and terrible customer service. I did not use any offensive language. You dont treat customers this way. I just wanted to set up a time when I could have my gas oven repaired. She didnt care if my gas oven which is gas exploded causing damage and injury. I cant believe american home shield works with this company, they have lousy customer service. In the meantime I would appreciate it if you could set up when I could have my gas oven repaired. Thank you
