AllCasting.com review: monthly membership

I submitted to a membership for one month, as I was skeptical about this company, and the next day, I went into the account so that I could update my profile and apply for auditions; however, the site kept giving me error messages when I attempted to upload photos saying "you've reached a premium feature. This is only available to members..." it was advising me to register for a membership. I have since then learned that this site has drafted my account for a membership fee, that I have never been able to use! I sent several emails to the support email address (support@allcasting.com) with no response! Unless you have money to throw away, I wouldn't trust this service! I have lost the amount of a one-month membership fee without even the slightest communication from allcasting showing any interest to resolve my issue. I'm very disappointed, as the website looks very alluring. I'm disappointed at their level of dishonesty topped only by their lack of communication.
