Allanza at the Lakes They call it "priority" I'm sure its politics

An office run by what only seems to be worried about the shallow(in multiple aspects) end of things. Not how to run a place properly with integrity. Lack of care to take care of work oders and complaints(unless a bad review to cover theirs [censored]).
A maintenance crew that spends more time on their phone while riding and smoking and laughing it up like at the school yard and if no one can hear them. I can see their "priorities".
With neighbors unable to get rid of the ants. Water leaks the others loud as hell with nothing done about it. Instead suggested to call the police after hours(meaning when they're closed) when they know how thin these walls are. How thin? Cell phones vibrating, pots and pans while cooking even neighbors passing gas can be heard.
Basically they dont care to take care it.
Up to a month(and waiting) for some of the simplest things to get done. To others that you'll hear if you just stay long enough in the office. Raises the question whose [censored] you have to kiss to get anything done and how is it that it still run by these people.
They brush you off with bs excuses. The fact they have a high turn over with employees adds more to the pile of things to question. With the raising of rent when the state hasnt raise their taxes nor any real changes in the city with employment or minimum wage(disregarding the Covid-19, which if that's the case and how it was effected that would mean the prices would have dropped).
Nothing done about the tenants that joy ride their way too loud pos cars only to set alarms off.
The multiple tenants that dont care to pick up their dog [censored](god know how their apts look). To the countless parked cars getting rear ended while parked. The list goes on.
I'm sure many of us stay and take it because its hard enough having to move and money involved with it. But one shouldn't have to feel the need to leave because the lack of attention in management but for better reasons liked saved enough to get out of the horrible complex standards they have like any others.
I know I'm going to look up every pinnacle businesses and avoid moving in because I can only imagine how the other places are run too.

Not so happy tenant.

This apartment management company tells lies to everyone. When I signed my lease agreement I was told I would spend about $40 in utilities which paid water, sewer, and trash. In reality it is close to $70. When they make an error the attempt to charge you $10 through the utility management company and $60 through the apartment management company. I...
