On 15Sep2022 I order an 'in stock' shirt as a present for someone from a company named All Things by Faith. As of 10Dec2022 the order has never been shipped and yet I was charged back in Sep2022. I have contacted this company and received excuses and promises to ship it. The last promise was that it would be shipped by the end of Nov2022. However, that did not happen and now when I contacted them again they do not make any promise of when it will be shipped and are refusing to cancel the order and refund my money. This place is a huge scam. I see advertisements on Facebook for their products, which they should not be advertising for products they cannot deliver to people. Do not order from this company!
Desired outcome: I would like my credit card refunded the $27.27 I was charged but received nothing but frustration for.
Same here. I just filed a dispute with my Credit Card company. Wish I would’ve done better research on this company. There are hundreds of complaints on other sites about them
