Bad customer service
I've had nothing but problems with this company from the start.
It took months to get my order. All the while I was receiving confirmations that my order was being processed.
After numerous complaints, I finally received it. But there was a big problem.
The online size chart isn't accurate so the size I ordered, medium, also my regular size of that kind of tshirt, was baggy and huge. I can't exchange it for a small because the size chart shows it would be too tight.
I asked them when I'd get a refund to my cc after I returned them. I had to send numerous emails asking for a response. Finally they told me only store credit. What? That's useless to me since nothing will fit.
I'm going to have to try and sell them myself and take a loss because no one's going to pay that much.
What a big disappointment this company is. And for sure, not a very christian company. They should be ashamed of themselves. They're a disgrace.
Desired outcome: I wanted a full refund, but they're obviously a greedy company.

Ordered 3 months ago June 2023 and still not received my order. They are very suspicious company when answering my emails. They refuse to refund my order. Is this company a scam? They need to be reported for theft. They may be acting criminally and should be charged with theft and fraud.
