All County Towing - Damaged my car

First when I called to find out why my car was towed in the first place the representative on the phone was extremely rude. We would try to get information from her and she would give us an attitude. She tells us we have to go to the tow site to see if the office is open and that if it wasn't open we would have to call her back when we get there so she can send a driver to get our car. We told her we lived 5 minutes away and if she could send the driver prior because we were already on the way and knew it would probably take a while for a driver to reach us. She told us No. We got there and we called back. She kept putting us on hold, after 30 minutes of calling she answered and said "I already sent the driver you don't need to keep calling" and hung up in my face. It took the driver 1 hour to get to us (I say us meaning My mother, My boyfriend, and our TWO KIDS). When the driver got to us he was extremely rude as well. First thing he says is he doesn't want to deal with anyone except the owner of the car. My mother was the one paying so she said that she was paying and he said he didnt care he doesn't want to deal with her. We say whatever that's fine we are paying with a card. He then tells us that the card has to belong to the owner of the car. We said we weren't informed but we can get cash. We asked if we could use the ATM. He said no he doesn't want to open the door. We said okay then my mom can go to an ATM real quick seeing that there was an ATM down the street and if he could begin the process of taking out the car. He said NO if we don't have the money he's leaving. We said how are you just going to leave if you never informed us it has to be under my name but I can just get the money zelled to me real quick. He said it must've "flew over my head". and got into his car. He refused to come back. Not only did I have to miss work in the morning, my 2 kids had to miss their FSA. They then charge me and EXTRA storage fee when I was there the night before AND I came within the first hour of them being open to get my car back with a crack in the bumper, scratches, a flat tire, and a the cap being off. I did not move the car from where the lady had parked it when she brought it out. That's when another one of your drivers came and was being very rude because YOUR front desk parked my car in front of the gate. I feel like this was done maliciously, seeing that when I asked to speak to a manager or for the representative in the front desk to call a manager she refused. I would like compensation for the damage or at least a partial refund because not only was it HORRIBLE service but my car was also damaged. If someone could please contact me back ASAP!

All County Towing - boot

Vehicle was booted for sticker being expired. I was told it would be removed within 60-90 minutes. When I called 120 minutes after waiting an additional 12 on hold I was told they called me 3 times and a gentleman answered the phone. No gentlemen was there to answer my phone just me and my phone did not ring ONCE! The lady blatantly lied because I had called 30 minutes before and she mentioned nothing of the phone calls she had claimed to have made. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. Gave me an additional 60-90 wait time to get boot taken off.

All County Towing - customer service

I was at your office to pick up my vehicle that was toll on may 23, 2019. I was there in the morning and back around 1245. The lady that attended to me was so rude and nasty. I left there so hurt. The site claim to video and audio record transaction. Please review and correct. It's not a good thing to have your car toll, a bad attendant makes it even worse
Suggestions:
Please inform your clients when they call that the person whose name is on the car registration has to be the one to pick up the car and also that the credit card for payment must be in the registered owner's name. This will help prevent multiple trips and frustrations.
