Proceed with caution if you plan to buy any All-Clad product. If you have a problem, you will get nowhere with their Consumer Service Department. My All-Clad toaster failed under warranty. I contacted Customer Service by email, was sent a shipping label, & dutifully sent the toaster to their repair center. Seventeen days later my All-Clad toaster was returned, not fully repaired. (The elements would now heat up, but the lever would not stay down.) When told I would have to repeat the entire time-wasting repair center ordeal again, I suggested that I simply be sent a new replacement toaster, & that I would return the twice-failed product in the same packaging. My original contact put me in touch with her supervisor, whereupon I learned how unprofessional and rude the All-Clad Customer Service Department is. Pierre refused to entertain my solution, interrupted me, talked over me, & drove me to fury. Livid at his arrogance, I hung up.
