BEWARE! do not fall victim to All American Solar: owner… Brandon Bing.

Let me say this upfront… I would NEVER file a false claim against a company… as a business owner myself I wouldn’t want any complaints against me that wasn’t true.

I signed up with this company almost 2 months ago for them to put solar on my newly purchased commercial property. They ran into a minor issue with getting a permit… After speaking with the permitting Office in brevard county Florida today they informed me that it was an easy fix, but it took the company over a month to reply to their simple request. I Have patiently waited for two months, although after finding out that they have made zero attempts to try to fix the permitting issue, I have decided that I did not feel comfortable moving forward with this company. Here’s the problem… I had already sent them a $73,000 check for 50% upfront…. Which they cashed. So yesterday I attempted to call the owner to inform them that I wanted to cancel, at least for the time being.

Brandon Bing is the owner, and he was very verbally aggressive when I attempted to cancel our agreement, and flat out, refused to issue our money back… Even though no work has been completed or product delivered.

KEEP IN MIND no work has been completed, no products have been ordered/delivered. The only thing that has been completed is the engineering drawings that was submitted to the building department. After speaking with the building department today, they have not even begin to process the request for a permit.

So, Brandon, the owner, told me that I do not have the right to cancel after three days, And that he was not going to be returning my money to me. He said if you look at line 3 in the cancellation… He is entitled to keep All overhead expenses, including any profit that would have been made on this project… Even if no work has been executed.

This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. You want to keep all profit that he would have made, and potential overhead on something you have not even began to do yet.

I have called the department of business and professional regulation… And they have informed me of my rights, and advised me that if I do not receive my refund minus what has been done thus far (engineering drawings) then I should file a formal complaint with the DBPR, and file suit with the county. FYI… This company has a ton of complaints against them according to the state department. Listen, I have nothing to gain by spreading false information. Do not deal with this company, or they will take your money and perform no service.

WARNING! I’m sure he is going to respond to this post and say that he has done “this/that” but the truth is this… The permit has not even been processed. Brandon Bing…. is an aggressive businessman. Please, do not deal with him, or his company.
