I purchased this and the company took the money for the purchase. I have not heard anything from them. Per the ad the merchandise was to arrive in 7-15 days and was being shipped from the state of California. It also states they have excellent customer service. I have been attempting to contact they and all avenues I have tried have been unsuccessful, everything comes back as not supported or not a recognized email address. They supposedly have 24 support contact,

Still waiting. Apparently my item is now in Canada. I ordered the bean bag but from what I understand it is probably something cheap like ear muffs.

Has to be a scam. I ordered a $49 bean bag. Got a $89 charge on my CC from Hong Kong and another month later i received a cheap scarf in the mail from Kent Washington.
