Alitu review: Keep subscription canceled. I canceled it again. And refund the subscription for this month and previous month.

I cancel this subscription every month and it pops up again. When I contact support, there is no answer. Only days later, some agent will write closing this question as there is no response. There is no way to contact them, and although I have canceled it multiple times the keep renewing the subscription and billing me every month.
