On November 20, 2025, Alex Buys Vegas Houses signed a Purchase Agreement with my 90-year-old Mother. My Mother was diagnosed with dementia in December 2024. Once the title company was notified of her diagnosis and received letters from her doctors, the title company cancelled the deal. Alex Buys Vegas Houses filed Purchase Agreement with the county and will not undo this deal. The Mother is not able to sell her property because there is a cloud on her title. My attorney sent them a letter to rectify this issue, and they will not respond to him.
Claimed loss: My Mother can't sell her condo and she has to still pay her association fees, property taxes and utilities bills because Alex Buys Vegas Houses has her property tied up and cannot be sold.
Desired outcome: My Mother wants this purchase agreement undone and her title cleared.
