I bought an item on 04-01-2025 on Alibaba, and it was shipped under the number #236514367501029411. It seems to go backi and forth to germany Allershauzen if I consult the trackiong app. Now it is immobilised there since 15-02-2025. I would like to have my package. I thinnk Iéve waited long enough for it. So help me out as soon as possible.
In the rtrack record I read that it is in Germany, In Amman, In Dubhai, In Brussels, and even an attempt to deliver. And I got several phoishing like mails with a picture of a package, but the sending mails were always different and very suspicious, so I did not open any link.

Claimed loss: I want this item asap, it's usefull for my business.
Desired outcome: I want my parcel delivered, asap.
