The owner of the company Frank sent his son to a tenant's home to repair the ac unit. His son decided it was too hot to work and left the job midway thru and said the unit was not repaired and still needed freon and the water line needed to be cleared.
When asked why he was leaving before the job was finished he replied "I am firing the client". They wanted to be paid PRIOR to supplying the invoice. They proceeded to call the tenant, use vulgar language, yell and scream and even refused to come back to finish the job.
This company represents the lowest level of customer service and should be shut down.
