I purchased a yearly AIG Travel Guard insurance policy for a $518 premium. I
I filed a minor claim for reimbursement of required Covid medical bills of $68.25, which was received by the AIG Claims Department on June 21, 2022. As of today, August 30, 2022, whenever I contact the AIG claims Department, I am told that the claim is under review, and I should receive a response within 1-2 business days. This is now over two months after filing the claim, and I am concerned if I should insure any future trips under my yearly policy.
