In the state of Arizona I went to go visit my family. For the holidays and it turned into a nightmare it all started off when the host of the Airbnb asked me to do a temporary lease contract. When I first got there I was tired it was a six to seven hour drive and then navigation sent us around in circles. There Airbnb is a no shoe house. Not problem we did our best to follow the rules as they requested. Then as time went by I start noticing Little Things but since it was the holidays I didn't want to call the host and complain that the water pressure was horrible. Then my husband and I noticed that there were stains on the master bedroom sheet I was like whatever so my husband and I cuz they have a washroom in the place we washed it and it didn't come out and I told them I don't want to be blamed for this so I took a picture and so forth and these people still after I told them this was already like this they still complain and said we did it and we did it we were charged additional money. For something we didn't even do. I try my best to live as Godly as possible whether people believe in God are not. my family does so we still try to do right by people an Airbnb business office after several complaints still cited with the host and did not do anything about them on my profile on Airbnb saying that I was a horrible customer and that anybody let me stay at their Airbnb should take pictures before because I don't do things accordingly and that I am dishonest which is not true.

My family and I cleaned up after ourselves and we wash all the towels and cleaned all the dishes and put them back where they we got them from we cleaned this place and made Airbnb nice and clean before we left and they still are disrespectful and lying on me and there's no justice within the Airbnb customer service because they're allowing a host to be unprofessional and rude to me and I've spent thousands of dollars with the Airbnb in the last 2 years. And in the in the main bathroom in the hallway were bugs I have pictures Airbnb does not care customer service did nothing about it.

Desired outcome: For aggravation I feel as if I should have a partial refund and that they take down the disrespectful comments on my profile because I'm innocent.
