Air Cooler review: Complaint

First of all, vision products and service are not good as well. last May, 2022 I purchased an air cooler from Vision, Savar (Aricha - Dhaka highway). Todays, I have complained that the cooler is pouring water behind of it. Just they call and eat to know what is the problem? Same case happened in my Chair, and wardrobe.

So, I have complaint to the company, Why people would like to purchase the vision products?
