Air Blue Airlines review: Baggage weight

due to her farther illness who was admitted in ICU (who died on the day next)- at the AB counter Karachi the person told that she need to pay cost for baggage- I personally called him but he denied and asked to pay not at the counter but at Air blue counter at KHI airport- My wife was all alone highly depressed i came back again to airport while going back to home and went straight to air blue counter at the airport and paid Rs-1450 for baggage weight and send her in and soon after sometime my wife again called me that that the counter person is saying that you need to pay for 10 kg more at the Air blue office- I was at the airport and went to counter again and asked her to charge additional amount as the flight was about to take off but the madam at the AB counter KHI said i can't add additional amount as i have NO access of the system to add one more time- I asked my wife to board and i will send her bag to her destination by courier- So i offloaded my wife bag and went to air blue counter to return my amount of Rs-1450 as my wife is going to Lahore without baggage- but the women at the Air blue office-KHI at airport denied to pay back- i tore that receipt Infront of her and came back desperately-Really it was a night mare ever experienced in my life- Pl look up into this matter and return my amount and take necessary action in this regard for creating a chaos and mentally disturbing my entire family mentally
