Not provide training and salary
Hai friends,
I am one of the employee in aimfill international.they selecting candidate for software developer then they are treat that candidate like as a BPO. Here there is no project.they are always do like a cheat employee.they always told like a trainer will come project will come they are always spoke lie only.basically they are fixed my salary as 10, 000/- but they are provide only 2000/- salary, our calculation is first 7 days training (but they are not provide training) here they are calculating salary date 20 to 20.none of the it company follow this kind of worst thing.and also one worst habit is follow here(they are give a Sunday only leave that Sunday leave also your salary will be deducted).finally i would like to say here no one could not come to this company regarding interview.go some other good company and get a bright feature.

hai friends, i am one of the Software Developer in Aimfill International(digito tech training and telecommunication).Its is a fraud company.because i am working past 1 month they are not provide salary, no proper regulation, no response.this company most preference gives only girls.First company manager told to me first three month training period that time give 10000k after completed training give some increment.They are selecting me as software developer but they are treat like a BPO employee.Finaly i would like to say here no one come/choose this company job(BPO/software developer)
