I gotta tell ya, I had a real frustrating experience with Aimee Kestenberg's website, aimeekestenberg.com. I was eyeing this super cool purse called Mystic Metallic, and I thought, "Hey, why not treat myself?" So, I placed my order not once, not twice, but three times! Can you believe it?

Now, here's the kicker. Every single time, the website said it was in stock. I mean, come on, don't tease me like that! They even sent me a confirmation email with an order number, making me think everything was hunky-dory. But guess what? Two to ten days later, I get another email saying they couldn't fulfill my order. Seriously, what gives?

Unfortunately, I've been facing an issue with the zipper as it refuses to stay up, causing my belongings to fall out of my wallet. When I reached out to QVC regarding a replacement, they informed me that they no longer have the item in stock and suggested I contact the company directly for assistance.

After exchanging several delayed emails with Aimee Kestenberg's customer service, they simply redirected me back to QVC. This whole situation has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite initially loving the purse, it has become completely useless due to its defectiveness.

I recently purchased the hobo bag in a stunning metallic blue color from QVC for $149.99 on 9/9/2023. Let me tell you, it has been quite a rollercoaster ride dealing with QVC. They have consistently deceived me and have refused to communicate with your company. They have explicitly stated that the blue bag has not been supplied to QVC for sale. Can you believe it?

To make matters worse, I have successfully placed an order for this bag not once, not twice, but three times! And each time, within a mere 8 hours, it has mysteriously gone into "backorder." How is it even possible? I go through the whole process of completing the order, receiving a tracking number, paying the full amount for the bag, and even being given a delivery date. And then, out of nowhere, it's backordered. It's beyond frustrating!

I am beyond fed up with this situation, and I am taking matters into my own hands. I am filing a consumer fraud complaint, along with a business practice complaint, to my Attorney General in Vermont. This whole ordeal has caused me countless sleepless nights and immense distress. As a disabled veteran, I find it even more disheartening. I will also be reaching out to my Veteran Affairs office to inform them about the questionable business practices of QVC. Can you believe I have spent a whopping $15,000 on their merchandise in the last three years?

It's high time that QVC is held accountable for their actions. I hope that by sharing my experience, others will be aware of the potential issues they may face when dealing with this company. It's important to stand up for our rights as consumers and demand better treatment.

I was excited about the discount and didn't want to miss out, so I placed my order. However, I didn't receive the discount and I started to have second thoughts about the color I chose. Eventually, I received an email thanking me for my order and informing me that it had been shipped and I was charged for it. I immediately responded, expressing my desire to cancel the order due to the wrong color and also inquiring about the missing discount.

After some time, I finally received an email from Nikki, who apologized for the delay and mentioned that they were swamped with work. It seemed like an automated reply, but I appreciated the response nonetheless. However, I didn't hear back from them until I mentioned filing a dispute and complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Only then did I receive a response stating that I would receive a full refund and a code for 30% off my next order.

They also promised to send me a free shipping return label so that I could return the unwanted item. However, it has been quite some time since then, and I still haven't received the return shipping label. I placed my order on August 17th, and it is now August 25th. I'm frustrated because I haven't found a resolution, and I haven't heard back from them after my last request for the return label. You would think they would have emailed it to me immediately.

Based on my experience, I can't help but think that the staff at Aimee Kestenberg is overworked and underpaid, with poor management. As my friends and I have discussed, customer service is everything, and I'm disappointed because I really wanted to support this young entrepreneur. The product itself seems to be of high quality, but the lack of proper customer service has left me feeling let down.
