Why Aiken City Councilperson Andrea Gregory Needs To Be Investigated:

Re her "company/employer" per her campaign bio claims (GregoryforAiken.com), she expanded its website since it was originally challenged last year.

Specifically:

1. That name, "Highland Industries, LLC" is already a trademarked corporate name for a real company and almost identical to several others; is this an attempt at corporate ID theft?;

2. "Industries" is correctly defined as a large, distributed production/factory system, not Gregory and 2 or 3 friends (turned out to be NO other friends/employees) working from a modest, private residence (per website photo);

3. As in her campaign bio, her vague "duties" seem to be lifted verbatim directly out of several resume-building templates I found online. (I do believe, however, she rented out U-Hauls.);

4. As such, her TWO titles of "VP" are hugely inflated, probably to mislead for votes?;

5. Its "services" are still WAY too broad and vague to be meaningful in any way: "supply chain management and strategic sourcing needs. We specialize in government sales safety, supply and equipment wholesale..." And WHY would any person or business need anyone to provide such middleman services costing them a commission, when they can AND IN FACT DO those things for free themselves, directly, also legally simplifying problems later, if contract disputes arise?);

6. Her frequent claiming "government" contracts is seriously, criminally fraudulent unless she can prove it (she provides no business contact references, anywhere);

7. Her 3 new (which she created after I questioned her about it last year) subtabs under "Division" (Hi Safety Supply Equipment, Hi Office Supply/Computer Hardware,"and"Government Solutions,"are also WAY too broad and vague to be meaningful, and she claims Government contracts again. (And what are"Hi"office supplies? Big paperclips?);

8. Based on the Metadata I checked behind those NEW photos she added in those NEW subtabs of phony WORKING (hardhat) employees, she lifted those photos directly from other companies' websites;

9. The new"business address"she added (105 Summerwood Way, Ste. F) doesn't exist, per the Aiken County Tax website — there's an A-E and a G, but NO taxed/occupied F — is it a utility room or a standalone mailbox?;

10. The four people in her Highland Industries, LLC website's"Our Team"photo turned out to be:

A. Gregory herself;

B. Erin Truitt, who claims in her LinkedIn profile to be employed fulltime instead by FIG Magazine, many years to present;

C. (Samuel) Scott Truitt, her husband, who instead in fact owns & sells fulltime for TruSouth Medical, LLC, many years to present

D. Her 46-year-old brother, Danny Neira, AKA Daniel Neira, who lives at his parents (Luis & Maria) original family home (102 Eagles Nest Lane), no work, education, or qualifications record found;

11. Her website lists NO business licenses from any level of government, including City of Aiken. Why not?;

12. Her dun&bradstree profile (which anyone can create) disagrees with her website in many areas — the revenue amount she claims (over $567K), conflicts with sources and SBA/PPP loan app;

13. This Shell vehicle has also received SBA/PPP loans ([protected]) that in fact were debited to the same-named, unrelated (probable corp. ID fraud) company in Louisiana, but money went instead to Gregory in Aiken SC (reported to OIG/SBA);

14. In one document, her recent application for SBA/PPP EMergency federal loans/grants, she claims to broker heavy equipment, firefighting equipment, disaster equipment. etc, If those claims are part of the Shell vehicle fraud, to create fake activities for appearances, that would be another crime/offense against the taxpayers, campaign and credit fraud, federal crimes. If those claims are in fact true, and ANY of those contracts are with the City of Aiken/County, there is a legal issue here of Conflict of Interest: She cannot legally profit from her fiduciary role as City Councilmember.

(end of original email);

15. Also, re the two recent annual, controversial deer culls Gregory sponsored and managed, huge amounts of revenue from renderers has"disappeared."This is a LOT of money to launder (should go into a City/County general fund), but so far seems to have disappeared:

At 1.5 to 2.5 years of age, a bred doe might bring $2,500 to $4,000. A yearling buck can bring $1,500 or more depending on antler size. At 2.5 years of age, a buck might bring $2,000 or more. Based on a minimum of 232 deer slaughtered the last 2 culls, that means SOMEBODY got between $580K and $928K, minus costs of mercenary shooters hired. WHO GOT THAT MONEY?" City/Bedenbaugh refuses to answer.;

(-per various online authorities)

THE BIG QUESTION IS WHY DID SHE CREATE THIS OBVIOUS SHELL CORP.? IS SHE USING IT TO PROCESS PHONY CONTRACTS WITH THE CITY, TO PROFIT HERSELF AND ANOTHER CITY EMPLOYEE (s), CAMPAIGN FRAUD, TAX FRAUD, MONEY LAUNDERING, OR WHAT? SHE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN HERSELF. WE TAXPAYERS HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW.

(reported to IRS, SC DOR, FBI/DOJ,. SC AG, OIG/SBA et al.)

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: Step down, both of you
