Refused delivery on Sept. 11th. Furniture could not be moved to the garage, to allow the new items to be delivered. Am 75 and can not lift and or move such items. We were not told the items had to be moved before delivery. I did not sign the paperwork on the delivery, Today the moving company dropped the items on my driveway, and we are on vacation for the next 10 days. So i would suggest you have them come and pick up the items before it rains and or someone steals the items. Chase has been notified, and I tried calling you once I got a picture of the items on my driveway. Chase said the dispute is in process and you had been contacted by me on 11th.
