Advantage Software review: Verbatim transcript creation

This is a program created for court reporters to creat transcripts. It was a $5,000 investment for my career. It hold my sound files, documents, and notes from every hearing. My computer did a new windows update, and deleted all those files from my computer. You’d think that surely they would be prepared for this windows update so their clients would be able to continue working, but no. They DO NOT care. They want $600 more a year to fix the issues they should have been prepared for. This company knew how bad this program was so if you want help you have to give them more money. Absolutely not. This program has been full of glitches since I started using it. Save your $5,000 and use word and audacity for free for your transcripts. Pitiful.
