So I ordered a valve cover gasket I want to say 9 months ago and it had to be ordered and when I came in a week later it still wasn't in so I was given a different valve cover gasket turns out that was the wrong one and when I tried to go return it today instead of getting the roughly 60 bucks that I paid on the first one they tried to give me $14 for the one that they tried giving to it an order to not have to worry about it anymore The fact that I paid over $50 for an item and then I'm offered 14 for an item that doesn't even work is absolutely crazy and I will be filed and I can play with the better Business bureau. The customer service was how of wine completely and he had the capabilities to look up all the transactions on his computer he was just didn't want to or didn't care either way I would not be employing those type of people at your establishment first off he has no idea about any type of parts that you guys are selling and then instead of reimbursed me what I should have been in reimbursed he just acted like I was the crazy one that was making everything up but go ahead verify everything I am saying and you will find out it is true this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and I hope you guys really find a way to fix this because this is unexcusable
Desired outcome: All I want is paid back for the original valve cover that I spent well over $50 for and I would like to be reimbursement for the 6 hours that took to take apart the top in of my motor just to find out I got sold the wrong gasket
