I purchased the product on 12/21. I have paid 51.97 every month but have called repeatedly to get setup assistance. When I got the product, they said they couldn't send anyone and repeatedly stated that I should watch the video. I can't install on stucco housing. I asked again on several occasions that I needed help. After a year, the gentleman stated that since the system has never been turned on, I would be able to stop the service. I discovered today that I am STILL being charged. I am happy to pay if I am getting the service. The "small print" which is the general case, stated I will be required to pay through 12/25! This is highway robbery if they won't even support their product and help the customer. Tiffany stated, they are not to help the customer bc of the contract and that I could call a third party to get in installed. What a disgrace, especially as a teacher on a fixed income.

Desired outcome: To stop the service (I will accept the 2.5 year I have already paid for no service).
