Adagio Access Carrières-sous-Poissy Aparthotel review: Claim

Dear Accor,

We have received a complaint from one of our mutual customers Ms Koukou (KOUKOU/CHRISTIANA MS). She booked a hotel stay at your Adagio Access Carrieres Poissy hotel in Chambourcy. Check-in Monday 19 June until Friday 23 June.

She arrived late on the evening of Monday 19 June 2023 and the hotel check-in was already closed. No futher instructions were given for check-in. She was forced to look for alternative accommodation that evening. The following day she contacted the hotel straight away and was told that they let go of her room and the hotel was fully booked for the rest of the week. She does not want to pay for any NO SHOW charges. Hence the reason for us contacting you. We kindly ask you to reimburse the customer of any charges invoiced to her.
