Anthony Martino and All Acton real estate offices as well as the whole corporate team represents the ugly face of unprofessional, dishonest and untrusted real estate agency with zero integrity who sells lies and inflated prices to the poor customers. They do not even honour their own hand written lies in their own formal document.
Acton Real Estate & Anthony Martino deliberately never answers your questions. The whole corporate management is just a lying machine to suck customer blood. My bitter experience with acton real estate is a flag to everyone to keep away & stay clear from this unprofessional & dishonest with zero integrity real estate agency business company.
Well, Acton & Anthony Martino are cheats, will charge you for things (inspection fee) without even carrying out an inspection! Never respond back... I am surprised that they even exist in business!
Anthony Martino & Acton staff/corporate are professional compulsive liars = please do not chose them!
Acton and Anthony Martino is the worst real estate experience I have ever had in my entire life across all of Australia, dishonest agent (the principle mind you) so many lies make sure you read everything as there word means nothing, I would be more trusting of a used car sales man than this agency.
Acton tried to charge me for item we did not break, even with photo evidence from 4 years ago. Had carpets washed and then closed up the house making the odour worse, now wanting to charge me for new carpets. They keep changing their story as they forget what they had told me the week prior, so everything is a lie.
We will Never deal with Anthony Martino & Acton ever again after all the abuse and lies received from acton = rude and unprofessional.
Also, ACTON Real Estate take full advantage that all "consumers" and all "tenants" in Western Australia are deliberately Not protected under Western Australia state legislation = Avoid Acton and avoid Western Australia to save yourself a Lot of Heartache !
