ACS Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling Company review: Air conditioning company that serviced my home.

ACS Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling Company installed a new AC unit which was a new air handler and new condenser in my home in August of 2022. The technicians left after 11pm which I had a concern about them working so late in my attic. After installing the AC unit, I had to contacted ACS Absolute Comfort after installment of new AC unit through text about the unit not blowing cool air in Aug of 2022. I receive a text back regarding charges for freon to be installed again after they put freon in the system when they 1st installed the condenser. Weeks later I noticed that my laminated wooded floors started buckling in the hallway and the living room area. My husband went into the attic and notice that the insulation in attic was wet from water damage caused by the drainpipe which also caused water damage to the sheet rock behind the fireplace. Water leaking down the wall causing puddles with wet insultation at the bottom.ac Absolute Comfort technicians fail to connect the drainpipe to the drainage that cause water damages to my floors. Videos and pictures were taken of the damages showing the pipes not connected. ACS Absolute Comfort was contacted regarding this serious issue. Pictures and videos were provided by their request.ac Absolute Comfort QC came to my home to see the damages and fixed the drainpipe that was leaking water. He also acknowledged that the damages were caused by his technicians, and he also stated that they will repair the damages to my flooring and sheet rock. A subcontractor was sent out to my home. He repaired and replaced new sheet rock. Once AC Absolute Comfort realized the cost of repairing my flooring. On video and through a text taking full responsibility of the water damages they now refuse to repair because of their negligence.
