Ace Golf Cart Covers Disappointing Experience with AceGolfCartCovers: Poor Quality and Customer Service

So, I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with AceGolfCartCovers. I mean, I ordered a cover for my golf cart and it took forever to arrive. And when it finally did, it was all wrinkled and looked like it had been sitting in a warehouse for months. Plus, it didn't even fit my cart properly! I tried to contact customer service, but they were no help at all. I even wrote a review on their website, but they didn't post it. What's up with that? It seems like they only want to show the good reviews and hide the bad ones. That's not cool. I'm thinking about reporting them to the FTC for false advertising or something. I mean, if they're not going to be honest with their customers, then they shouldn't be in business.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Disappointing Experience with AceGolfCartCovers: Overpriced and Poorly Fitting Yamaha Sunbrella Cover

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with AceGolfCartCovers. I shelled out over 600 bucks for a Yamaha sunbrella cover, but it never fit right. I mean, I tried everything - sent pics showing that the enclosure just wouldn't zip up, but I never got a response. It's been a year now and I'm still stuck with a useless enclosure. Save yourself the trouble and don't buy from these guys.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Universal" Golf Cart Cover from AceGolfCartCovers - Total Bust & Terrible Customer Service

So, I bought one of those "universal" covers from AceGolfCartCovers and let me tell you, it was a total bust. It didn't fit my cart at all! I was so disappointed. When I called up the customer service guy, Vincent, he was not very nice to me. He was short and rude and didn't seem to want to help me out at all. I was really upset because I had spent $200 on this cover and now I was stuck with it. My only option was to pay for return shipping and then get a credit towards a cover that was twice the price! That's just not fair. I would definitely recommend that you shop somewhere else for your golf cart cover needs. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Ace Golf Cart Covers AceGolfCartCovers: A Fraudulent Company? My Experience and Mission to Expose Them

So, I've been having some trouble with AceGolfCartCovers and their product. I'm not too happy about it, and I'm not getting the help I need to resolve the issue. I mean, seriously, how can their website have all these 5-star reviews when I'm having such a bad experience? It just doesn't add up.

I'm not one to sit around and take this kind of thing lying down. I may be retired, but that doesn't mean I don't have some fight left in me. I think I'm going to make it my mission to expose this company for the fraud that they are. I mean, if they can't even help me with my problem, how can they be trusted to provide good service to anyone else?

I'll be spending the next month or so digging into this company and finding out what's really going on. I'll be sharing my findings with anyone who will listen, and I won't rest until justice is served. It's time to take a stand against companies like AceGolfCartCovers who think they can get away with treating their customers poorly.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Cautionary Review: AceGolfCartCovers' Poor Customer Service and Steep Return Policy

I recently ordered a golf cart cover from AceGolfCartCovers and was disappointed to find that it didn't fit my cart properly. When I contacted customer service, they were not very helpful and even seemed a bit rude. Ace Golf Cart Covers AceGolfCartCovers Review: Terrible Customer Service and Rip-Off Return Policy

So, I recently ordered an enclosure from AceGolfCartCovers and let me tell you, it was not a pleasant experience. First off, the enclosure I received was not what I expected at all. It was all wrong and didn't fit my golf cart properly. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

I tried to reach out to the company to see if they could help me out, but to my surprise, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to answer a phone or respond to an email? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

After several attempts, I finally got in touch with someone, but they were not helpful at all. They told me that if I wanted to return the enclosure, I would have to pay for shipping and a ridiculous 35 percent restocking fee. Can you believe that? I mean, it's not even my fault that they sent me the wrong thing.

Overall, I would not recommend AceGolfCartCovers to anyone. They have terrible customer service and their return policy is a complete rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Mixed Experience with AceGolfCartCovers: Disappointed with Li-Ion Batteries Purchase

So, I recently bought some Li-Ion Batteries from AceGolfCartCovers and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed bag. I spent a pretty penny on these batteries, around $2k, and when they arrived, I was sent two different batteries - one 36v and one 48v. Not exactly what I was expecting, you know?

Anyway, I contacted AceGolfCartCovers and they were quick to generate a return slip for me to send back the incorrect battery. So far, so good. But now, they're telling me that I need to call the manufacturer to see if they'll send me a replacement battery. What the heck, man?! I already spent all this money and now I have to do all this extra work just to get what I paid for?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with AceGolfCartCovers. I mean, sure, they were quick to fix their mistake, but now they're making me jump through all these hoops just to get the correct battery. It's frustrating and honestly, it's making me think twice about doing business with them again in the future.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Disappointing Lack of Communication and Delayed Shipping from AceGolfCartCovers

I ordered from AceGolfCartCovers back in the first week of December, and the website said that the shipping would take a maximum of 8 business days. However, the shipping date changed to January 29th, 2021. I requested an update from the company, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response. I had previously bought an enclosure from them without any issues, but now I am having trouble getting a response from them.

I am disappointed with the lack of communication from AceGolfCartCovers. It's been two months since I placed my order, and the product has still not arrived. I cannot even add photos to this review because I have not received the product yet.

I would recommend using this company as a last resort. While I have had a good experience with them in the past, the lack of communication and delay in shipping has left me frustrated. I hope that they can improve their customer service and shipping times in the future.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Disappointing Experience with AceGolfCartCovers: Curtains Didn't Fit and No Response for Refund

So, I recently bought some curtains for my golf cart from AceGolfCartCovers. I was pretty excited to get them because they looked like they would fit my Yamaha Drive 2 model perfectly. But when I took them to my Yamaha dealer, they told me that the curtains were not the right fit for my model, even though the box said they were. I was pretty disappointed and frustrated, so I tried to contact the seller by email and phone several times to see if I could get a return label or some kind of refund. But I never got any response at all.

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the way this business operates. It's not cool to sell products that don't actually fit the models they're supposed to fit, and then ignore customers who are trying to get some kind of resolution. Now I'm stuck with these curtains that I can't use, and I feel like I wasted my money.

So, if you're thinking about buying something from AceGolfCartCovers, I would definitely recommend being cautious. Make sure you do your research and double-check that the product you're buying is actually going to fit your golf cart. And if you do end up having any issues, don't expect to get any help from the seller. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like this company, but unfortunately, my experience was pretty negative.

I ordered a windseal kit for my golf car on January 4th. It should be a stock item to ship on the 5th or 6th. They are giving me the runaround. They finally promised a ship date of January 15th. My latest inquiry now says ship dat is January 29th! I won't need this in April. I need it yesterday

I ordered a Door Works Hinged Door enclosure from Ace Golf Cart Covers about two to three months ago. We didn't have a picture that they requested so I told them to hold off on the order until I could send them one. They responded with an "OK" but then they processed the order anyway. We received the enclosure and when we got to our camping lot we went to assemble it on our golf cart and the header bars were too short. *** asked that I send a picture of the bars with a tape measure which I did. Haven't heard from them since even though I've sent numerous emails (10+). I've asked about returning or sending the right parts but have not heard back. We're out almost $600.

A)The product (a golf cart cover) has two side curtains and a rear curtain. The curtains are joined together by zippers. The zipper length is not the same length. B) A part was missing from the order. C) The club cover (a separate part) was ill fitting. Ace never responded to my correspondence causing me to contact the manufacturer ***. They sent me another rear curtain and the zipper did not match on that one either.

Ace Golf Cart Covers Ordered a golf cart cover 11/16

Ordered a golf cart cover 11/16 .My credit card was charged the same day. The ship date was to be within 5 to 8 business days. When I call the customer service number I get a recording telling me to leave a message. No one ever calls back. I also sent a e-mail to the customer service *** I get a generic email immediately saying my request is being reviewed, but never receive any information about my order.

Ace Golf Cart Covers I ordered a golf cart cover based on the description and the picture in the ad

I ordered a golf cart cover based on the description and the picture in the ad. When it arrived it was not the same as the one in the ad. I ordered a cover with an extended zipper on the door which makes access easier. The cover they sent is the same as the cover I currently own which does not have the extended door zipper. I sent several emails to the company explaining this was not the cover I ordered and sent them a picture of the new cover on top of my old cover to show they were the same. I sent them the picture in their ad of the cart cover with the extended zipper but they refuse to remedy the situation.

Ace Golf Cart Covers On Jan 6th, I purchased a 3 sided track style golf cart cover with valances, wind seal kit and club cover

On Jan 6th, I purchased a 3 sided track style golf cart cover with valances, wind seal kit and club cover. I received the cover, but not the valances. I contacted the company several times via email and they stated that they would send them in another shipment. I waited but never received the valances. I proceeded to put the cover on the cart along with the wind seal kit & club cover. The wind seal kit & cover do not fit my cart. I contacted the company again via email and they responded and asked for pictures of the cart. I provided the documentation requested, but have received no response. I have still not received the rest of my shipment. I have left 2 voicemails. You can never get a person when you call. I just want the rest of what I have paid for and to return the pieces that don't fit for replacement or refund.
