We were really pleased with Accent Roofing, Great customer service. Zach was excellent explaining everything about our roof, pictures, breakdown of cost, warranty and selection of shingles. The crew that worked were great. They made sure everything was covered to protect our property. They also had people cleaning picking up nails as they worked. It was really awesome to see how everyone was working and constantly moving. The supervisor was great also once the work was finished he made sure we were satisfied with everything they had done and explained in detail all work they did. He also came and vacuumed our attic to make sure everything that might have come through was gone. Once the job was completed all we could do was smile. Superb Job! Thanks Accent Roofing staff

This was the second roof replacement. We've lived in this house since 1987. The first roof upgrade to architectural shingles was done in January . Accent roofing did it. I thought they did an excellent job back then, so I called them back. This being an out of pocket expense, I did get some other bids. Ultimately, because they were a known quantity, I chose Accent again. I am glad I did.

They installed the new roof this past Monday, and completed the entire job in one day. Not unusual, but our roof is a bit larger than average, and the crew did have to contend with some rain.

Clean up was thorough, and Les Smith and George(last name?) and their crew did an admirable job. Zach Johnson and Jessica contacted us several times along the entire process to ensure that we understood what to expect. I am very pleased with the appearance of the new roof, and would highly recommend Accent to my friends.

Lightning hit our roof late Saturday. Called Accent on Sunday morning and they had someone out in under 2 hours to examine the damage and put a tarp over the holes. We scheduled a time for their representative to come out and assess and photograph the damage. The representative called to confirm on the day of the appointment, arrived on time and was knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the damage and what would happen next. He negotiated with the insurance company to make sure the settlement would cover the repairs. The crew making the repairs arrived on time, were very professional, and cleaned everything up before leaving. Looking at the roof, I cannot tell where the repairs were made. Repairs were done for the estimated amount even though they found a little more damage and had to work about an hour longer than expected. Everyone I talked with was pleasant and professional. Highly recommend Accent Roofing.

After living in our home for 17 years we knew we had storm damage to our roof. John, at Accent Roofing, came to our home to inspect our roof. He said we had significant wind damage to our roof that would require roof replacement. John met with our insurance adjuster, and they inspected our roof together. John went to bat for us to ensure that our insurance company would pay for our roof replacement. He also met with us to go over the paperwork sent to us by our insurance company. He explained in detail how the payment process would work. After getting the approval from the insurance company, we were able to get started on our roof replacement in a matter of days. The crew was on time and operated professionally. They made sure to cover our shrubbery. When the roof was completed, we had zero cleanups to do after they left. Our new roof looks beautiful. For quality, value, service, and professionalism you cannot go wrong with Accent Roofing Service.

We had a great experience having our entire roof replaced with Accent Roofing! They were on time for every appointment, they completed all projects when they said they would, and they were friendly, down-to-earth, local and HONEST people. The most important thing to me is honesty in a contractor, and it's apparent everyone at this company was very honest with us (from the sales team to the crew)! We especially liked having John the project manager, on site the whole day who was keeping us updated throughout the project. A major shout out to him... There was a small issue that we had requested be resolved, and we trusted it was done before everyone left. Several hours after the crew left and before we even had time to inspect the roof, John reached out saying he had forgotten to handle the issue and would come over shortly to correct it. He took care of the issue on his personal time without us even having to request it. We were blown away with the customer service and quality of work and will never consider using another roofing contractor in the future. These guys are the best!

We needed our roof replaced. We were able to schedule an appraisal and estimate, and within a week, Accent Roofing Service was able to provide this service. The estimate was a couple of thousand dollars less than another roofing company. We had also scheduled another roofer to come out, but they could not for 3 weeks at the earliest. We were comfortable with Accent from the 5-star reviews online, and they did not disappoint! The owner and his crew showed up early on the scheduled date to prep the area. I stayed in the house for the entire replacement, and did not find the pounding to be very nerve-wracking. It was kind of fun to watch the crew work safely (with cables) and efficiently (shingles were brought up on a ladder conveyor belt). The clean-up was great, too. The owner walked around the house to me, pointing out the improvements made (wrap arounds to prevent water from traveling to the house and attic heat release). I also appreciated that he shared drone photos of the roof in its different phases of the job. The owner and his crew were cheerful, professional, and respectful. I wholeheartedly agree and give them a 5-star rating, as well!

Accent Roofing is number one! Over the last 5-6 years, I've had probably 15-20 different roofing companies ring my doorbell and want to replace my roof since they could see that I had defective Atlas Chalet shingles. I didn't want just any roofer to do the work. I didn't hire any of the roofers who came through the neighborhood soliciting work and making promises to "get my insurance company to pay for the whole roof". Beware of those roofers! I did my research and found Accent Roofing Company's website and boy, am I glad I did. From the initial consultation to the completed job, Accent Roofing was professional in their communication, meeting any and all commitments, quality of the products they use (not all products are created equal), and their dedication to making sure I, as the customer, was not just satisfied, but thrilled with the whole process. I received a follow-up call from [Owner's Name], the owner, at the end of the day after the completion of the work. This company has been in business for about 40 years and will do an excellent job for you. Protecting my most expensive asset, my home, led me to hire the best! Highly recommend!

Accent blew the price from Findlay out of the water by $4000.00! A roof cost enough as it is so I'm not sure where Findlay came up with a price 28% higher. It would also be impossible for Findlay or any other roofing company to be more professional and to do what they say they're going to do. Roofing companies in general have a reputation of being fly by night and flaky. But this is definitely not the case with Accent. I know the ins and outs of construction very well and know for myself that our roof was a quality install. I took the day off when the roof was replaced and watching the workers I have the confidence that everything was done correctly. The yard and driveway were cleaned very well at the end of the day and except for the new shingles you would never know Accent had been at our house.
There's the saying "who you refer is a reflection on yourself". But I would certainly refer and recommend Accent Roofing!

If you're reading reviews for roofing companies yes this is a copy/paste from Google Reviews but I am in fact an actual customer.
One thing I didn't mention on Google is that Accent has WC and GL insurance. If you're brave enough to contract with a company without the proper insurance you're an idiot!
