I found a firearm that was well priced and wanted to take advantage of the price while it lasts. Unfortunately it was an item that was also out of stock. I work a chaotic schedule (dealership) and was hoping to go in during my lunch break to order this item. That when what I hoping to be a quick and good experience turned out to be something more upsetting and a inconvenience. I waited at the counter and was passed by what I counted to be 3 employees and was never acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance. I left after standing there for approximately 30 min. I later called to voice my concerns and was told to return (again an inconvenience) and ask for one of two managers (hunter or brandon) when I arrive to have them assist me only to find the one who came to assist me was one of the associates who completely ignored me the first time. He ordered the firearm for me and again had the worst customer service I have ever seen. Very little communication and looked anoyed to help me. When I later returned to pick up the firearm, I had apparently spelled out my whole middle name and all my documents only showed my middle initial. This kept me from being able to pick up the firearm that I had already paid for. Understandably my mistake (I have purchased other firearms before from here and never had this problem) but when I was told I could not pick up the firearm and would have to go through a process to get a refund. That was when he decided to talk and smile at me. When he had the opportunity to tell me that I would not be taking home what I paid for. If felt like a very biased experience.
Desired outcome: Improve customer interaction and service, This was the worst customer experience I have ever had...
