A Better Concrete Restoration LLC review: Complaint

I paid nearly $4,000.00 last summer to have my driveway repaired. Theodore Barros is the owner. We knew by the end of the summer he would have to come back out to do repairs as they were very noticeable at that time. Here it is May and he will not answer my calls or honor his work. My contract states a 10 year warranty on his work. I also had to go through "thumbtack" which he was working for as well to have the job even get done. The contract stated 3 - 4 but it took months. I would like his warranty honored and my concrete repaired as he has been paid. Also know known as ABC Restoration which could be an AKA.
