9 Drains Plumbing Company review: Inferior maintenance and workmanship

In December of 2021 I discovered the spigot in the front yard was leaking. Mid January, I called 9 Drains Plumbing to come look and provide an estimate. A technician arrived 13 January 2022. He discovered a section of pipe had ruptured, which was causing the leak. At the moment, the technician did not have the proper size piping and fittings, so he left and came back later to complete the repair. Upon completion, the spigot was not flushed with the wall and was sticking out approximately 1 inch from the wall. I asked if he was going to seal around the spigot to prevent any outside intrusion. The technician installed a piece of foam around the spigot (I'm assuming for security) and proceeded to pack up. I later called the company that day and informed them I was not pleased with the work done. The operator apologized and would send a technician the following day to complete the work order. The same technician arrived 14 January and began completing the prescribed work. He adjusted the piping so the spigot would be flushed against the wall and sealed the spigot with caulk.

Mid July 2022, I found my carpet wet in the bedroom where the previous work had been completed. Upon further inspection, I found water damage along the wall and base boards where the piping and spigot had been replaced. I called a different company for repair. This technician discovered the piping that was installed was loose, was not sealed, and at the bare minimum, lacking plumber's tape.
