The apartment 1206 tenants ring my doorbell and apartment 1110 tried to vandalize and sneak near me at same time to be nuisance until a custodian admitted to catching the little female girl who african american the custodian ask me to report it to Itex who told the family to stop instead of giving them infractions as the Property Manager. The managers and the Police scared of the girl and the ringing stopped after I told the family their grandchild was caught by Itex employee October 30 2019. The family came outside on Sunday with apartment 1110 down a sidewalk at 5:10 P.M. and I couldn't file a restraining order against them arguing at me. January 3 2019 the little girl was on a bicycle green colors on it riding in front of my car after running out a back patio to show off in her coat by turning around in it while I avoid their family and notice she went back in her house with apartment 1110 being rude and when they came around this apartments area a manager lied on me for Itex then want to pretend like she white lied but the Karina manager accused me of being a criminal three times since she started working here and the tenant 1206 and apartment 1110 sent this complaint against.
