626 Tg Malim Bus Express review: 626 Bus Express employees bully Senior Citizen

Tg. Malim is a town where Proton City located. And is a town of UPSI, UPSI 2 and polytechnic located. Recently ard early 2016, out of no reason, frm 3 bus express companies in Tg Malim bus station available, become only one bus company which happen to be 626 express. There is a lot of students and locals who need the transportation to KL / Seremban. What the hell izzit?

From that onwards, this 626 express services become arrogance.
And is happened on my parents not once but numerous time. My parents are senior citizen. Both of them will travel to central or southern region once to twice a month.

This 626 express arrogance services and how they bullied senior citizen:-

1) express tickets cannot be sell 1 day to few days earlier and even cannot be sell even 1-2 hours earlier!
U want to take 12pm bus, come on that time and buy. If sell out, wait for the next bus lo...

And this made my parents need to drive all the way out few times to the bus station just to buy the ticket.

2) bus arrived and only will wait for extra 5mins. U late, buy again tickets and wait for the next bus la.

My parents are senior citizen. They need to park their car at nearby parking and walk back to the bus.

This is the services that they got frm the 626 employees and is had happened few times alr. There is some occasion that my father quarrel ed with them. And my father have heart problem.

There should be a immediate action taken on this serious matters.
