4Crests review: Double embroidered coat of arms

I placed my order on 1/18/23, website says 5-10 weeks for delivery. My first email to them was 3/9 inquiring about my order. I had to send another request days later because they do not answer emails in a timely fashion, I was given a generic response that it is being hand embroidered and it takes time. My next email was 3/17 and again I had to send a second email asking for a response. I got another generic response of "it takes time". My last email was on 4/6 in which I stated that I will be reaching out to my credit card company if I do not hear back from them. Days later the response I got was that my item was being hand embroidered in Pakistan and due in their office that week. "That sometimes things takes longer than expected and they try their best to estimate arrival time". Once they receive it from Pakistan they will ship it to me priority mail as a courtesy.

As of today I still have not heard anything from them. When I originally placed my order I stated that I needed it by April 1st.
