431Flora Ave House Rental Nardia and Gerry review: Rental slumlords and thieves

Hi I was interested in renting a place on 431 flora ave in winnipeg mb, initially told them I would put a deposit on a saturday as I get paid on fridays and would be at work, the day came they put me on red finally answered and said place was rented out two weeks later they called me and said that the place became available again. Rent was 840utilities all included plus wifi, by this time I was sighning a lease elsewhere, but because no utilities and a block away from best friend I agreed to rent, I didnt actually move in till 2or4 weeks later, it took me two months to get all my belongings in. I discovered cochroaches, and people knocking on my door att unusual hours. I descided I didnt eant to live here and was furiouse that all my furniture would be ruined due to cochroaches, I withheld half a months rent and they served me with papers fair enoupgh I wanted to move out anyways, I actually tried to pay them the remaining 400$as I read on the papers for court I was not aloud to withhold monies, three times I offered them to come get it they hgad already turned off my internet, I asked them to put it on I would etransfer money to them, no they said get cash, there has been two stabbings and a shooting within two yards of my apartment, I am not carrying cash on me. Move out day came, I msg them my plan of action that I no longer had keys I would msg them as sooon as I was done so we could go through the place and lock up. About two hours into my moving by myself with help of a girlfriend and her car I hired, landlord came by started cutting grass, the landlord told me he locked the door and I could no longer get in, this all while I sent a load gto my friends. So I called police I have an animal in there. I left no reason to stay there had to pay my mover anyways. Landlords wife called and said oh come down, I said I could not come dpown theres food out for cat, my mover ois now gone because you guys said I couldnyt have acccses, I only had my purse and cell phone on me, could not make it down till morning, my phone died. In the morning when I went to unit it was unlocked and all my stuff was gone. The next door neighbour told me she lived there for 50 years and the landlord is rasict and known to steal property and sell it. I was so upset I couldnt even stay there. There were a few things of value as far as bigger furniture, queen size bed, bar fridge, anitigue bench for the hallway a full lenghth mirror, I actually phoned a used furniture place to see if they would buy the end tables and randome furniture, they said yes and it would have to be aty end of day. The landord insisted that the place get locked up. So I left, the next week I msg landlord and said I would like to grab the remainder of my belongings, could we set up a date. So I show up the door was open not broken into, and everything remaining was gone or trashed, the washer and dryer were pulled out of their spots the washer gomne. I looked around my boxspring was on the lawn, mirror, end tables, pub table and chair airconditioner all gone even my kids pictures, my sons visa card, brick card gone, even the curtains were taken down and gone, what theif steals curtains, this is clearly the landlord doing. There was a uhaul truck parked a couple houses away. The landlord had surveillanse, when I asked them to look it over all of a sudden it was gone stolen. [censored], these landlordes also put hydro in my name, I never sighned a lease, they infested my furniture and, even did something similiar to the house they owned next door, as they were moving out on there own they called the [police on them too so they had to leave there belongings. Gossiping about the neighbours telling me they had mental problems, these people need gto be not aloud to rent to vulnerable people, they prey on helpless low income people without resourses
