3m's Manpower Maid Agency review: Horrible Maid Agency

This is a horrible maid agency. The owner Amy Arong Manalang is just after people's money.

We hired a maid through their agency. After 4 months we found out that the maid was stealing from us.
We decided to return the maid agency but instead of helping us as they should be, the experience with the maid agency turned out be a horrible experience.

We returned our maid because she was stealing from us. Instead of helping us it took us 2 days before they came down to pick up the maid. Then they asked us to pay for the maid's airfare to go back home since they are sending her back home. Since we are entitled to a replacement we asked them to provide us a replacement. We went to her office where we only had one maid to interview for a replacement. She started shouting at us and was not cooperative at all. She keep on saying different things and told us to go ahead and sue her.

We are paid for an agency fee and we definitely do not deserved to be shouted at especially that they are the ones who is at fault here.

Please do not deal with this agency. Goodluck in getting a replacement or worst your money back.
