on or about 6/2022, I hired 360propertyadvantange to complete renovation inside of my home. The owner were provided deposit to purchase materials and to start the renovation. the owner has agreed on three separate occasions to start the renovation and he was a no show/no call all three times. I have attempted to contact the owner via email, text messages and phone call with no response. On or about 11/2022, I filed a compliant with BBB Consumer Agency to create communication with the owner and to resolve the matter. The owner refused to participate in the process to make a good faith effort to come to a resolution
