I purchased a floral arrangement for a grieving friend. It in no way resembles the one they called their "professional" picture on their website. There is only about one quarter the amount of flowers and the basket does not look like the one in the pic. The one in the pic had a handle and I specifically chose it for that reason. I complained to them and asked for a 50% refund since I did not get what I ordered. They threatened to go to my friends home, take back the bouquet and tell her that I did not want to pay for it in full even though they have my money since it was a credit card payment. I have unfortunately, after the fact, found several reviews of orders that in no way resemble the pictures of the arrangements on their website. I am mortified that my friend received such a skimpy bouquet. It is egregious that they would dare to threaten me. I question just what this company is really up to based on my experience and the other horribly negative reviews. As well this matter will be brought to the attention of the better business bureau and a Canadian floral association. Misrepresentation is illegal! The left and centre photos are of the arrangement received and the one on the right is the one on their website.

Desired outcome: I want a full refund and an apology for threatening me
