On january 4, 2023 we experienced a decline on our credit card by fnbo with paid in full status, automatic pay in full mode each month. We started calling all the phone numbers provided on card and online january 4 2023. The website they have will not let an email go through. Three days of trying to get through there's anywhere from a 73 minute to over 100 minute wait as is stated maximum. Over 90 customers have been waiting in que when I call and i've stayed on the line for way over those times without a response. The customer service number on the card is [protected]. Even if you call other numbers the result is the same. Trying to get in touch with this company is impossible.
