I sent an e-card under the free 7 day trial. Thereafter there would be a monthly charge. They also said there was a 14 day cooling off period to change any plan. The seven days ran out on 30 December and I was charged the full annual amount. I have cancelled the subscription but this does not come into effect until 30 December 2020 - the full year.

They have my money but did not allow 14 days to change my mind.

What can I do?

I signed up for a subscription and was horrified when a whole year of subscriptions was taken from my bank account. There really is nothing more for me to say but I order to be able to send this complaint

Was very shocked to check my account to find a fee of £39.99 went out.Apply for refund.

I have been charged by 123ecards for a subscription £39.95. I didn’t agree to this transaction.. I am 83 yrs old pensioner I can’t afford this please stop this from taken from my account

This website is members friendly, has a lot of choices, and works without any problem. You can choose to be a member or send cards free of charge or with a small fee. Deserve 5 stars all the way

Please remove this from my Amazon card so I don't have to turn it in for as

I was charged for this and I don't want it! my free time is up and i was charged $41.88 on August 7, 2023 I want returned to my credit card asap! I will be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Im being charged annual subscription when I did not subscribe ever. A few years ago used service to sent free card.

My recipient, bricco@comcast.net did not receive the Donald Trump b'day card paid $3.99. Please contact me and resend it asap. This is already a few days ordered and already posted to my checking account. I've written numerous times with no reply. If you can't resend, please credit my account.

I tried using hallmark ecards on a 7 day trial and decided that I would like to cancel

I sent an e-card under the free 7 day trial. Thereafter I was charged 39.44. It jumped through so many hoops to try to reach someone and even had to open a new7 day trial just so I can reach someone through email. I sent an email and Sasha said that I had my email wrong so she fixed that but did not offer my refund. She wrote " Please note that you have taken your account into use when sending a card on January 31. We provide 14 days since renewal to move to a different plan. Unfortunately, since it has been over 14 days since renewal, you are no longer eligible to switching to a shorter term. "

I responded back that I did not know the email was wrong and obviously could not respond within the 7 days to cancel the trial. I have demanded the money back. I think that this is ridiculous for one there is not a company customer service number to call that you have to jump through hoops to cancel.
